Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Servings: 4-6

1 C plain whole milk yogurt OR ½ C yogurt and ½ C Kiefer
1 frozen banana
2 C unsweetened orange, pineapple, banana juice, chilled
1 – 8 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple, chilled
3-4 frozen strawberries
Ice Cubes to taste
optional: nutritional yeast, protein powder, powdered vitamin C, ground flax seed

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Add ice cubes last.

Nutrition: (per serving, based upon 6)
114.8 calories, 1.5g fat (0.9g saturated), 23.9g carbs (1g fiber), 1.8g protein
