Teriyaki Marinade

Yields: approximately ⅔ C

Ingredients:
½ C soy sauce
3 T vegetable oil
3 T honey
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated OR ¾ tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Mix together well. Marinate your choice of meat or vegetables for several hours.
