Servings: 6 – 1 C servings
1 – 9 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked, drained, and rinsed
¾ C Caesar dressing
2 plum tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 – 6 oz can pitted ripe olives, drained
½ C red onions, sliced and separated into rings
¼ C shredded Parmesan cheese
Toss all ingredients except cheese in large bowl; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
