1 C plain whole milk yogurt OR ½ C yogurt and ½ C Kiefer
1 frozen banana
2 C unsweetened orange, pineapple, banana juice, chilled
1 – 8 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple, chilled
3-4 frozen strawberries
Ice Cubes to taste
optional: nutritional yeast, protein powder, powdered vitamin C, ground flax seed

½ C lemon juice
1½ qt pineapple juice
4 qt ginger ale
Directions:
Mix fruit juices. Add ginger ale just before serving.

8 tea bags
3 qts boiling water
¾ C sugar or splenda
1 – 32 oz bottle ginger ale
1 – 12 oz can frozen lemonade
